My mom got these scholastic books for me this winter because she thought I would enjoy them. They are very cute! The first one is about a mom who just wants 5 Minutes Peace from her kids so she gets them settled with breakfast and goes to take a bath. But one by one they all ask her for favors and end up joining her in the tub and making a ruckus so she has to abandon her bath and head to the empty kitchen to try and have 5 minutes of peace!
The second book is about a little dinosaur who is telling us the things (in his opinion) that moms can't do. Two examples are: Moms need advice when packing lunches......and.....Moms feel better with someone in their laps.
If you get a chance to check these out or buy them, your kids will enjoy them almost as much as you will!

We have "what dads can't do!" Pretty cute. Our new favorite is "Skippy Jon Jones" - there is some controversy over if it is too stereotypical, but we thought it was clever and fun.
