Frugal but Meaningful Gift

A Lighthouse Salad Dressing Jar decorated with a piece of paper my kids painted and some stickers.
It doesn't take a lot of cash to bless someone. Next time you have a birthday party for someone, put out a little jar for people to fill with favorite Bible verses, words of encouragement, or compliments. One idea I use for LOTS of birthdays is to have everyone fill out a paper or poster with their age in things we love about them. So, for a 31st birthday it would be, "31 One Things We Love About ____!" These gifts mean so much and bless the recipient!

What a wonderful idea! I can't imagine anything that would mean more to the recipient than to read words of love and encouragement.

NIce! We did something similar at my MIL's recent surprise 50th birthday party. But this jar is a nice touch.
