Favorites


We have these a few times a week with supper:
Green spinach smoothies made with homemade yogurt and fruit.
Mmmmm!


On a less healthy note, my tastebuds always start longing for a caramel apple when the air turns cooler and the leaves start changing colors!

for caramel apples - we slice up the apples first, then dip the tips (okay, maybe more like 1/2 the slice, not just the 'tip') in caramel & add toppings like coconut, various nuts, etc.. THe sliced apples are soo much easier & less messy to eat and, more importantly you get more caramel :-)
