I loved The Happy Housewife's idea of organizing hats and gloves in a shoe caddy. I bought one with some Christmas money and quickly filled it up from the box of winter things under the couch. Now the kids can't rifle through them and spread them all over the house and it's so simple now to get each kid ready to go out the door.
We are so thankful for the many resources and books veteran homeschoolers have handed down to us. I especially love doing Cusenaire rods with the kids!
