So many good ideas--I think I'll end up reading it again & again.

I SO needed your suggestion about snacks--often the main meal planning gets done, but snack planning falls by the wayside and I find myself searching the pantry hurriedly to satisfy eager tummies. We've adopted your "fruit/veggie in the morning, snack in the afternoon" routine, and I'm going to try to make one big batch of muffins, etc. to keep in the fridge in a special container for the afternoon snack. Already today I'm looking forward to my kids & I knowing exactly what's for snack come 3:00!

Thank you!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03309241540221272766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6988275145038032119.post-55902887862757667612012-09-04T16:43:58.818-06:002012-09-04T16:43:58.818-06:00We are starting to homeschool our oldest and I am ...We are starting to homeschool our oldest and I am realizing that I am going to have to change some things in order to make it work. One of the biggest things is learning to say NO to all the opportunities that come up at church. I have decided to cut my involvement in stuff to just a few things and this article was like God saying, "You need to let go of stuff and focus on your family." Thank you for sharing your perspective on things.Amanda Swicknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6988275145038032119.post-1924655224070819582012-09-04T15:40:53.085-06:002012-09-04T15:40:53.085-06:00Great post!
