I have some other friends who have also used it without problems.

Of course, moderation is always important. I usually only need one oftgel per day to turn myself around. So I'm not talking about huge doses here! :)

The way I understand it, EPO is full of essential fatty acids, Omega fats, and other nutrients that your body uses to make hormones. It is not a 'hormone supplemant' as such, but helps your body to do what it is supposed to be doing.

I like NOW brand. There are other good brands too, but NOW is usually about the cheapest!

Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

I haven't been able to find Katriel in the Bible either.

We still love the name, but do be prepared to have the standard response to hearing her name be, "What?" and "How do you spell it?" :)

I only know of one other Katriel, and we didn't know about her when we chose it. I loved the meaning, and I think it shouldn't be an unheard of name, it's so beautiful!

Take care!
(Oops, forgot to sign in before writing this epistle, so I guess I'll be anonymous!)

Rachel (aka Peachtree)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6988275145038032119.post-18304413320450075402010-06-14T20:13:02.348-06:002010-06-14T20:13:02.348-06:00I was just thinking of you as I sat nursing my bab...I was just thinking of you as I sat nursing my baby . . .

I have yet to move since I'm married and have children, and I just can't imagine it. But I know many others have done it and survived, so you will too! I'm glad you have help though! You'll sure need it! And what a relief it will be to be in and settled BEFORE #4 arrives!

I could so relate to the 'meanest Mom' phrase! I've been there myself quite a bit the last while! Have you ever tried taking Evening Primrose Oil? I just got back on it a few days ago, and it was like switching on the lights, suddenly I like my children again! :) It's a great hormone balancer!

Feel free to email me if you have any questions!Peachtreehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15069179745212269225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6988275145038032119.post-87078764313179915662010-06-14T06:55:55.476-06:002010-06-14T06:55:55.476-06:00Happy Summer to you.Happy Summer to you.Thiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14215607323324295590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6988275145038032119.post-51370968372840559692010-06-13T17:51:09.691-06:002010-06-13T17:51:09.691-06:00It sounds like you've been doing exactly what ...It sounds like you've been doing exactly what your blog says you do--you've been faithful with homemaking, whatever that may entail right now. I'm glad you don't feel too too badly about being away from the blog. Your hands have been busy, and it is honoring to the Lord!Gabbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14429881962286637130noreply@blogger.com
